Biography

Tom Logan is Senior Executive Director within the Office of the Chief Innovation Officer where he is responsible for overseeing the StartUP Fund and other OCINO university-wide initiatives. Tom previously served as the Chief Business Officer for the Penn Gene Therapy Program and has over 25 years of biotechnology industry research and business development leadership experience.
